We are all familiar with the challenges you face in these exciting times. Because of this, we know you have valid concerns that need to be addressed. However, we don't know if we should act on these concerns or not, and what we should do.

While you are considering risk, your vulmerability, and your ability to respond appropriately, we suggest you do a few things that make sense right now.

Make a decision right now to plan and prepare for dealing with events that can cause your family great stress.

I’m talking about situations where a wage earner has time off from work because of injury, illness or unemployment, the economy going south (especially when the dollar crashes), natural disasters that take away jobs, water, food, transportation, and communications.

Where will you go if you have to evacuate? What supplies will you need in the event you have to stay in your home or camp out somewhere?

What will you do if there is a shortage in food, seeds that won’t reproduce, and no place to grow food or protect what you grow from the elements, pests, and stolen by those who are hungry?

We are aware of your vulnerability to natural disasters, to worker strikes that can affect distribution of our food, production of food, and cost of food. In addition, we are vulnerable to cutbacks in police and fire protection, leading significantly to problems we may not be prepared to face.

It makes common sense to do certain things NOW that prepare us for possible lawlessness like we saw in Louisiana after hurricane Katrina.

Our goal at "What Matters Store" is to help you think about situations you might face, encourage you to prepare for situations you will likely face, and provide products you need to mitigate these concerns.

Keep in mind that “Being Prepared Provides Peace of Mind”, a valuable commodity in times of stress and trials. Our goals is to help you have Peace of Mind by being prepared.

We want to see people like you, who care about your family’s welfare, to become a grove of trees. Trees standing close together can absorb the brunt of a storm. Because many of us stand closely together, we can another when he or she falls and let them lean against us until someone comes along and tethers them up with support.
